APPLY

We are now awarding funding on a rolling basis. Grants will usually range between £100 and £1,500.

Email growinggreenspaces@yorkcvs.org.uk to discuss your idea.

Before applying, take a look at this list of other sources of funding that can support green space volunteering projects in York so that you can identify opportunities for match funding and what gaps the GGS fund can fill.

We are always keen to hear about potential projects and see what we can do to help, so please do get in touch with your ideas.

VOlunteer

The groups that we support all welcome new volunteers and most are carrying out activities, but sessions might be subject to limits and restrictions. It's advisable to contact groups for current info; see below.

For a fuller directory of green volunteering opportunities across York, consult the Live Well York website.
